[Feature Request] Button to run query

Thank you for this very handy extension!

It would be very convenient if a Run Query button could be displayed above each query. Clicking the button would be simpler than highlighting the query and executing the SQLite: Run Selected Query command. The REST Client extension has a similar feature and it is very handy.
