Unable to create dll for the version of 4.0.1

Recently 4.0.1 has been released ..I am following the same process that has been written documentation(copying jar files). Earlier I was able to create dll for the version 3.7.1,but for the version 4.0.1 it is not able to create dll,givign lot of errors mainly related to Videocapture
