Looking for a new maintainer

Hi there

I originally created this repository to provide a centralized source for all the different pdo_informix libaries required in our Windows based development environment. With the rise of Docker, we switched over to mirror our staging and production environments. Without a Windows building and testing environment at hand, nor a need for it, I can't really continue to maintain this repo.

So please leave a comment if you're interesting in taking over as a new maintainer and providing PHP 8+ builds, thx.

I will provide compiled libraries and update to 1.3.6

@rfzh1996 Are you interested in managing the entire repository or just providing compiled libraries for newer versions? Either would be very appreciated.

@Aevis I will only provide compiled libraries for 1.3.6 and all PHP versions
