remember settings between sessions

We are using IcedTeaWeb/OpenJDK to launch JNLP. When we enable Java debug console to show on startup. It displays some of the information that we do not need. We are able to uncheck those boxes but once we close the console and relaunch the JNLP it shows the the default settings and does not retain the preference that we setup.

Request a persistence mechanism is added.
