System notification appearing again after dismissed

Hi Team, We are encountering an issue on the production author instance where a system notification keeps appearing repeatedly, even after being dismissed. Despite setting the notification as dismissible, it reappears with every reload of the instance.

This issue is occurring only on the production author instance, while other environments are functioning correctly, and we are currently using ACS Commons version 5.1.2. and service pack 22.

I have raised a daycare ticket for it. Adobe said that the notifications are coming from ACS Commons, and they cannot provide support. Could you please help us here.

It is probably fixed in release 6.6.2

Hi @davidjgonzalez , I can check, but in the lower environments (UAT, stage), we are using version 5.1.2, and we cannot replicate the issue there so, we suspect it’s not related to the version.
