User cannot create reports in ACS Commons

Required Information

  • [X] AEM Version, including Service Packs, Cumulative Fix Packs, etc: AEM 6.5.15 Service pack 15
  • [X] ACS AEM Commons Version: 6.0.0
  • [X] Reproducible on AEM 6.5.15 sp 15? yes

Expected Behavior

User should be able to create reports in AEM 6.5 sp 15 using ACS Commons

Actual Behavior

User cannot create reports in ACS Commons

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to ACS Commons > Reports > and try to create a new report Observe that is says "Process is executing" but process never executes and new report is never created and Network tab shows 500 error for report request
