Please add a placeholder to "Powered by" on onesky.

@aalpatkina We need to use placeholders in the following strings on OneSky (after the preposition "by") because some languages have a different word order.

Adguard Browser Exte... / Stealth Extension #4589386 Powered by -> Powered by [placeholder]

It seems that the project of browser's stealth extension is deprecated. Then you can close this if it's no longer available.
