In order to troubleshoot this issue, we need to get your application logs.

Here's what we need you to do:

  1. Enable debug logging: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Logging level -> Debug.
  2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time when it happened.
  3. Collect logs: Settings -> General -> Advanced -> Export logs and system info.
  4. Send this file to [email protected]:
    • include [android] keyword and 5462 in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred

We have received your logs! Our colleagues are currently investigating the problem.

Unfortunately, there is no problem in the logs. We can only advise you to try to uninstall and install the application again. Let us know later if this solved the problem.

Same problem.

Notifications cannot be displayed after version 4.7.20, but rolling back to 4.7.20 will be normal.

OS version: One UI 6.1 (Android 14) Device: Samsung Galaxy S22

I have uninstalled and installed the app but it's not solving the problem

@Cawca-Fr Did you try checking 1 UI notification settings for AGa directly? Maybe some categories are off?

We investigated the problem and saw from the logs that you didn't check the box on the onboarding when you first launched the application. We suspect that this is the problem. You need to clear all the application data, uninstall the application and install it again. Then, when launching the application, you will need to check the box on the onboarding next to the point about accepting AdGuard's EULA and Privacy Policy.

@ESurina This seems to be a problem to fix in AGa in future, if that's actually the current procedure to solve it.

The notification absent problem have been solved for the 4.7.123 nightly version. The notification is back. Thanks for your help
