Add a "temporary disable protection" option

Issue Details

"Add a temporary shutdown option when you turn off protection to automatically turn it back on after three or five minutes. This is because sometimes some networks are inaccessible under protection and you need to turn protection off temporarily, but then it would be a hassle to turn it back on manually."

Proposed solution

Add an option to temporarily disable AdGuard protection for 5 min.

Alternative solution

Or add an option to temporarily disable filtering for a single app

It would be useful to be able to set a custom length for the protection stop timer, as mentioned in the https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForAndroid/issues/4013

A configurable pause length would be appreciated. I usually need between 1 to 5 minutes, depending why.
