Add "Use unoptimized filters" setting

By default we use optimized filters: http://adguard.com/en/filter-rules-statistics.html

Some users want to use "big" filters, the same as desktop AG use. We should add this setting to "Advanced" section.

@BlazDT not yet. This feature request simply doesn't seem to be popular enough, during these years we've been asked about it 3 or 4 times.

I wonder that most users simply don't realize that such a distinction exists, so they don't have an opinion 1 way or the other. I'd still like a way to try this out.
