Mobile data stats - different sim cards

We currently do not distinguish sim cards stats. Everything is in "mobile data".

The thing is that people may use different sim cards and this division may come in handy.

Can this (&, indeed, everything else related, like filter updates) be extended to any WiFi Android recognizes as metered?
