Disable unused language-specific filters
Improvement of auto-enable language specific filters feature.
As you know, when users enter any foreign website, language-specific filters are automatically activated and remain that way. And this can sometimes cause websites in other languages to block useful items. When auto-enable is on, it needs to set an expiration date on the activated filter and refresh it every time a page in that language is opened. Example: Let's say you entered a Turkish website and the filter was activated, a date will be added to this filter for 1 week and after 1 week if a Turkish website is not entered, this filter will be disabled.
I like this feature request

Excellent idea.👍
I hope it will not be delayed again after the 4.3 release is assigned. Unfortunately, some new users are unaware of the filter settings.
The example of issue:
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/159973
It can be seen from here that the filter settings have not been touched after the AdGuard extension first installation. 👍
The feature will also help a bit on filter issues. Often reporteres have enabled too many regional lists, which makes finding the culprit list harder. Maybe there should be an option to set the expiration period.
Thinking this, a week interval may be problematic if user visit the site of the language frequently. Possibly it may be good to enable the list permanently if user revisit the site of the language before it expires.

I think this is not a good solution and the automated system is flawed. For example, "The user visited again the next day to see the guide on a foreign tourist guide site and did not visit again after that day." Such situations may occur. When the AdGuard Adblocker extension is installed, I think the only solution is to provide simple guidance by the extension for users to gain knowledge and awareness about the extension's critical settings. There should also be notifications such as "AdGuard French filter list activated" if possible.
AG already has a guidance at the installation (probably should add a section for regional lists though) and also already notifies user when a list is automatically enabled. But I guess it's not preferred way asking user if he wants to enable a list or not by default every time when user visit a site with a new language - most user don't want to interact with blocker.
