Remove 'time' element

Problem Description

I'm pretty sure no one is looking at the time to the left of the filtering log. I think time element is unnecessary and should be removed to make the filtering log look cleaner.

Maybe add setting in filtering log to enable or disable this status (time) instead of removing status (time).
