DNS Requests extremly slow

Expected result
My AdGuard Home Setup is running on an synology docker - my cable router has the docker ip configured for the dns requests. As soon as I change the dns from my synology nas to the google dns or cloudflare it works like a charm if I use the adguard the dns requests take like 3000ms...
Does anyone have a solution my problem? I'll change back to google DNS if I don't find the issue...

Turn off Security Web Service and Parental Control Web Service.
These add masses of latency and can be circumvented with Filter Lists instead.
