Issue Details

Why is the DNS request count different between AdGuard and NextDNS? With NextDNS per month I make about 150K requests, while with AdGuard I get very close to 300K.

I think this is because NextDNS is deduping A/AAAA/HTTPS queries for a domain. Happens on Apple devices for example.
