[FEATURE-REQ]: Ability to have drag-drop interaction for freezing/fixed columns

Hello !

It would be a seamless user experience to have a separator (freeze columns indicator) line that would span across all the rows and that can be dragged-and-dropped on the column till which all the columns to the left would be fixed.

It would be a really useful feature, in addition to the currently supported boolean-driven fixed columns mode.

@happyvig feel free to open feature request tickets, but please refrain from trying to @notify random contributors. @billy-addepar isn't even an active account any longer afaik.

Pinging random contributors to get their attention on your feature request is not going to get it done. The most you can expect a feature request ticket to do is to identify like-minded users who would like to work together on a contribution.
