Release InfrastructureBuilder and CDK as a separate library

Hi Adam,

I joined your workshop at the cloudland and afterwards used your template to setup my own quarkus function with your template. Now I am looking to create an infrastructure project for all the other stuff I need and was wondering, if you might want to release the whole cdk InfrastructureBuilder and all the Stack-templates as a separate library, so that I can create a cdk-project and use that.
