Looks like `onnxruntime-gpu` is installed in your python environment, but the required CUDA libraries are not. Either do ``` pip uninstall onnxruntime-gpu ``` or try to install the requirements.

There's a CPU and a CUDA version of torch, they don't co-exist. Looks like something installed the CPU version. You tried deleting the server (at C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\krita\ai_diffusion\server)?

That's usually just internet connection issue. Difficult to say without more context...
