Error with ivy compiler

I found this error when I try to compile the app with Ivy: ERROR in There is no format with import statements in 'C:/Users/qpuiggali/Documents/GitHub/Fisersa/src/main/webapp/node_modules/ack-angular-webcam' entry-point.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
