Release notice workflow fails to send to #openexr

The release-notice.yml workflow successfully delivers the message to #release-announcements slack channel, but the attempt to send to #openexr fails with Got an error: not_in_channel

@jmertic, should the notification to the #openexr channel work as is here, or am I missing some configuration step?

Hey @cary-ilm - this should be fixed now. The problem was that the user 'ASWF Project Releases' wasn't added to the channel. Please confirm for your next release.

It looks like I have this action pinned to a sha on the main branch. It would be better dependency-management policy to have this in an official release or tag, then other repos can pin to that. When you get a chance, could you release/tag this fix?
