Build/run under Microsoft Windows, window position related changes

Hi,

If you don't mind it - here are my changes concerinig the application building/running under Microsoft Windows and window position.

There are also complete prebuilt 32/64 bit Windows binaries based on Qt 5.12.10/MSVC 2017.

Hi,

many thanks for this contribution, looked rapidly (for now) --- unfortunately I missed it, just paid attention... There are many things to learn for me in your contribution, mainly about Qt (configuration, didn't know about that!) and what should be included for things working in Windows.

I will soon analyze what you did and make the changes.
