@chenfeilee Did you ever resolve this? we randomly started seeing this in our cluster today, for old and new data.

We are seeing this issue on 4.0.2 also from a fresh deployment.

Would love to see this resolved, this is creating log spam and alerts on our prometheus stack due to duplicate labels.
