Player looks at the wrong target after he dies in Doom II DEMO3
He looks at the mancubus, but he should look at the right where the lost soul exploded.
I would add to that, in FreeDoom Phase 2 v0.11.2 DEMO1 player respawns and turns around for a second while in Chocolate Doom the screen wipes immediately
I've got some info on this bug.
Possibly, this is related to some of the methods that determine one of the following:
- order of the events (barrel's boom's calculations)
- actor thrust on the blast radius attacks
- dead body motion
I think I can solve this bug until Monday, however, no promise.
soooo... Where is the fix?
