What is the current behavior?

On Chrome for Windows the gps permission is asked twice.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

Any geolocation ar example has this problem on Chrome for Windows

Please mention other relevant information such as the browser version, Operating System and Device Name

What is the expected behavior?

Gps location request should be asked only once just like on mobile.

Will look into this if I can, but it will require borrowing a windows machine so there might be a bit of a delay.
