[feature] create tablespace

Hello, I am new to this and I hope I do not create additional unnecessary work. I was looking for the assignment of table spaces during the database creation and I was not able to find it. I was also not able to find the create table space method for this role.

Would this be a new feature or does this not make sense at all?
