Installation failed for finRl tutorials

When FinRL is installing / cloning from github as mentioned in https://finrl.readthedocs.io/en/latest/start/installation.html#. It is giving an error "ERROR: Package 'finrl' requires a different Python: 3.9.13 not in '<3.9,>=3.7'"

Please help me to install FINRL lib

pls make a new conda env and make sure that <3.9,>=3.7
