Will documentation for dragonboard 845c be available soon?

@jameswalmsley The SDK required for building LE OS has been pulled. Thus, the only thing that is currently available is pre-built images of LE OS:

Other documentation like the Linux User Guide 1 and Hardware User Manual 2 have been published as of yesterday.

As soon as we have new build instructions, we will promptly provide them in the "Build From Source" section.

@sdrobertw @ric96 Please link this issue onto the PR which you'll create for adding build from source section for 845.

Expect AOSP, Linux kernel and Yocto build guides soon.
