as per #29358 and https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/25165#issuecomment-1960670242 the pull is resubmitted for review
It should appear in the merge, as i cherry-picked the commit. But i explicite add it back
We need to know soon, if switching the library is a breaking change ! cc @jackHay22 if it its, we should move it into the next release else merge it...
