Describe the bug The Twitter icon needs to be updated to the new "X" logo, and the hover effect on facebook and X icon is not working.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the footer section of the website.
2. Locate the Twitter and Facebook icons.
3. Hover over the Facebook icon.
4. Observe the icon not responding to the hover effect.

Expected behavior The Twitter icon should be updated to the "X" logo. The Facebook icon and X should have a hover effect that highlights or changes the icon to indicate interactivity.
