[FEAT]: toggle to sync workspace

Description of the unfavorable solution

currently, the workspace is always synced. this leads to empty tabs when switching from one vault to another.

Describe the feature you would like to have

please add a toggle switch to allow enable or disable syncing workspace.json and workspaces.json file.

love your work, being waiting for this feature for a very long time.

I have to do a lot of refactoring before I can add this. But I will work on this as soon I got time. A workaround at the moment you could probably use is to disable Core Plugins if you doesn't need to sync any other of them this should work
