time manager: no data is show on map if layer is filtered by user/group

LMWC 3.4.3 and QGIS Server 3.16 on Ubuntu Server 20.04

I have set up time manager for point postgis layer, all ok if the layer/project is being viewed with a user that can see al the data of that layer.

If is used a user that is allowed to see only a part of the data (via "filter layer by user") then time manager control works but no data is shown on the map.
