Create a tooltip with JS when your tooltip on lizmap doesn't work

I'm using Lizmap version 3.5.10, which is associated with OpenLayers version 2.13. The tooltip works most of the time on my layers. However, I encountered an issue with 3 of my layers, even though I followed the tooltip creation steps (I published the layer as a WFS layer and I published the primary key). To address this problem, I created this tooltip when Lizmap's tooltip doesn't work. However, it uses OpenLayers version 2.13.
