Remove bluebird?

Any thoughts on removing bluebird?

The reason why is async/await is available and there's fsPromises in standard library

#306 min version of node 10 makes this possible. And node 10 is out of support as of April 30th 2021, so node 12 can be a minimum version to plan upon
