Boot-Switch 3.3.4 upgrade

There is an issue running on IE 11. Can you force the dependency for Boot-Switch to be 3.3.4 or better? Thanks. Let me know if I can help.

@tonydspaniard I've been working on this but bootstrap-switch has changed the bower.json file dependency for jQuery from >=1.9.0 in v3.3.3 to ~1.9.0 in v.3.3.4. They had a PR there to fix that with comments, but I submitted another to fix it. I'm not sure why they changed it in the newer version. As soon as that is fixed, we should be able to upgrade to v3.3.4.
