In Classic modes, the O piece spawns 1 mino too high

I doubt it. I distinctly remember it spawning at rows 19-20.

Maybe we should find "correct" spawn position from some old videos? But I don't know which specific version of Tetris we are trying to imitate...

If it's a NES Tetris, it should be on lines 19-20 based on the videos I found on YouTube🤔
