Documentation for fixes / new features?

Apologies if I missed this anywhere, but is there documentation for what all of the options / fixes do?

The documentation is in the doc folder on the github page. It would be nice to have built-in documentation. It's possible, but I'm busy with something else.

By the way, you can help if you name the features that you don’t understand.

One more thing. The names of the documents in the doc folder are quite strange. If you manage to find what you wanted and you suggest more understandable short names, you will greatly help everyone who can't find the documentation.
