Unable to Flip Vertical

When using the application in a web browser, I am unable to use the "Flip Vertical" option. Under Image > Flip/Rotate inside the Flip and Rotate menu, I cannot click any option other than "Flip Horizontal" When I click "Flip Vertical" does not get selected. The radio button and option does not appear greyed out, and appears that you should be able to click it.

Is this a feature that is not yet available yet? If so it should look/be disabled.

Otherwise if it is a bug, being able to Flip something Vertically is good functionality.

This feature is implemented, and it's working correctly for me. What browser and OS are you using?

Actually, clicking on the radio button directly is broken. I always click on the labels because it's a bigger target, so I missed this in testing.
