Support qvfxj Telex

tiendung/vinova supports a “qvfxj” flavor of Telex. It doesn’t seem very popular, but I suspect that it’s supported by some desktop IMEs for completeness’ sake. Rather than add it as a separate input method for qvfxj, we should make it an input method–specific preference once #17 is fixed.
