Make it easier to type -ôô-

The Vietnamese alphabet allows “ôô” in the interior of a word, but it’s rather difficult to type in AVIM: you have to type o^ o^ and delete the space. I’m not sure what the implications are, but it’d be nice to have (hypothetically) coong^ turn into “côông” etc.
