In Mudim, typing tru+ong produces “trương”. No other IME appears to do this. AVIM doesn’t because you might well intend to type the second + yourself, and if we add it for you automatically, you’d wind up with an extra “+” at the end. However, maybe it makes sense to copy the horn at the moment you add a tone mark, just as AVIM corrects “truơng” to “trương” when you add a tone mark.
