Map square brackets to ư and ơ

A reviewer on Mozilla Add-ons requests that AVIM map [ and ] to ư and ơ, respectively. Lots of desktop IMEs have this shortcut, which originates from Vietnamese keyboard layouts like TCVN, so people have developed muscle memory for it.

It’s going to be tricky because the [ and ] keys aren’t in a fixed location, and many keyboard layouts place them in awkward locations. At most it would have to be an option, off by default.

From my experience with bogo, you'll also have to handle the upper case cases with Shift (} {) and with Capslock (still ] [ but must be detected from the capslock key state).
