Change caret color when AVIM is enabled

Recent versions of Gecko now support a caret-color CSS property that affects the insertion point in a text field. We can use this property to make it more obvious when AVIM is enabled (or disabled?), so the user doesn’t have to glance over at the toolbar all the time.
