Default to Telex

The default input method should be Telex, not Mixed.

New users don’t necessarily know what “Mixed” means when they see it in the toolbar (Telex + VNI by default) – it isn’t obviously an input method. Though I don’t have telemetry to prove it (#104), I believe few people actually want to use both Telex and VNI at the same time. “Telex” is widely recognized as the name of an input method, and it also seems to be more widely used than VNI and VIQR. Those who prefer VNI or VIQR will recognize “Telex” in the toolbar and be able to change to their preferred input method easily.
