Ignore fields based on inputmode attribute

Along the lines of #124, AVIM should ignore <input> fields with the inputmode attribute set to any of the following values:

  • kana
  • katakana
  • numeric
  • tel
  • email (depending on the ignored IDs preference)
  • url (depending on the ignored IDs preference)
