Tab notes are not perfectly centered

Not sure if this is an issue only I'm facing, because the notes seem to be centered in the tests page. Here's how it looks for me locally, the tab notes are slightly to the left instead of being in the center.

The version you are looking at is very old. Please try with the latest 4.x or 5.0 beta
