Is it okay for me to delete the two stale branches (3 yrs old and 6 yrs old)?

fine for mine -- it's merged! The other is closed so I imagine it's dupe or in?

I deleted the merged one.

@0xfe you did some formatting changes and added a formatter_test. Do you want to keep the formatter branch?
