`./chatgpt.sh -l` doesn't show gpt-4

I understand this has been discussed before, but that was before yesterday's news. From that article:

Starting today, all paying API customers have access to GPT-4.

I pay for ChatGpt, and have a paid Api account, but have spent $0 because I've never used it. Yet when I do ./chatgpt.sh -l, I don't see gpt-4.
